Job Responsibilities:
∎ Frequently visit target customers and collect customer data for new business.
∎ Reporting the market visit detail and preparing an organized database to proper authority.
∎ Creating Market & Product Based agent for the company.
∎ Generating Leads, Making Calls, and Building prospects on the pipeline.
∎ Onboarding new clients ensuring sales and retaining sales ratio.
∎ Achieve Target and Market Expansion properly.
∎ Frequently survey the market and send the report to authority.
∎ Any other duties as may reasonably be required, consistent with the position.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates with proven experience in B2B Sales and Marketing will be given preference.
∎ The candidate should be smart, energetic and polite in manner.
∎ Good execution skills and can do attitude.
∎ The candidate must be willing to go anywhere in Dhaka city.
∎ Computer proficiency preferable.
∎ Able to work under pressure.
∎ Experience in Medical & Pharmaceutical sales, Export-Import, Freight-Forwarding and Logistics Operations will be given preference.
Salary:
∎ BDT 20000
TA, Food & Mobile Allowance: BDT 10000
Total: BDT 30000
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Performance bonus monthly
∎ Sales Incentives per KG: 15-20 TK
∎ Accommodation provided by Company (If Needed)
∎ Salary Review & Promotion: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
