Additional Requirements:
- Age 35 to 47 years
Minimum 10 years of experience in jute industry among which 4 years as a Senior Quality Control Officer.
Responsibilities & Context:
- To ensure Standard quality requirements in cutting, sewing and finishing.
- To follow sample requirements, ensure standard quality in samples and deliver on time.
- To check all quality points, especially sewing and finishing.
- To conduct department-wise quality inspections to control product defects.
- To organize pre-shipment quality inspection before final quality inspection and generate PQC report.
- To generate a Daily QC Report on Weaving Cuts and Finishing Line.
- To coordinate the final inspection.
- To work with the surveyor on QC on the final inspection.
