Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Monitoring MCD, Cutting, Sewing, Print, Finishing & Outsourcing quality team.
∎ Monitoring full quality SOP & set the proper manpower as per SOP wise.
∎ Ensure subcontract factory randomly visit & product quality.
∎ To Guide team members for ensure 100% measurement from pattern, cutting, sewing & finishing in all parameter. Complete garments should be ensure pcs to pcs measurement.
∎ Co-ordination between supplier & other department for ensure product quality.
∎ Monitoring PMC, E-commerce & ensure product before delivery to customer.
∎ Attend PP meeting, discuss with all production, Merchandiser & quality issues with action plan.
∎ Review all rejections before declaration nonconformities garments & reduce rejection percentage.
∎ Follow up all types of inspection (designer review & merchandiser review, internal audit).
∎ Review size set, fabrics shrinkage, color bleeding etc report and give pattern correction/suggestion if need.
∎ Ensure value addition unit product quality.
∎ Highlight all customers complain & findings & take necessary action plan.
∎ Customer complaints and outlet in-charges findings should be dealt with quickly.
∎ Follow-up all quality report & analyze daily, weekly & monthly.
∎ Develop KPI in all quality staff & monthly highlight for future development.
∎ Arrange training program for team development.
∎ Ensure 100% complete goods pcs to pcs inspection, measurement in house, Outsourcing & value addition unit product.
∎ Ensure Sailor product safety in all stages in all aspects.
∎ Suggest any developing area of Quality SOP.
