Educational Requirements:
∎ M.Sc in Chemistry/Biochemistry/Dairy science/Food Engineering from any reputed university.
∎ Bachelor of Science in Animal Husbandry
Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 15 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparation of manufacturing instructions and specifications for raw materials, finished products for production and test methods for quality control
∎ Developing, Implementation, Monitoring and controlling all documentation system as per GMP requirements of milk plant
∎ Regular inspection of plant, to ensure that good housekeeping and approved procedures of cleaning are being practiced to ensure that at all times it meet the standards of GMP
∎ Control and ensure on-line quality parameters during production
∎ Management of laboratory equipment and machineries
∎ Management of calibration of all laboratory and production devices
∎ Coordinate & release the Raw and packaging materials/finished products
∎ Preparation and Checking of test procedure, specification and stability testing procedure
∎ Train up to quality person about milk plant related activities
∎ Identify the root cause of product damage and quality fault
∎ Establish quality requirements for external suppliers of raw and packaging materials
∎ Set standard for quality as well as health, safety and BSTI requirement
∎ Make requisition or indent of chemicals, instrument, reagents etc.
∎ Controlling and distributing the SOPs of all departments
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years
∎ 10-15 years prior work experience in a dairy based food item manufacturing plant.
∎ Experience in obtaining and maintaining compliance requirements for a food processing facility including ISO, GMP, GHP, HACCP, QMS, BSTI etc.
∎ Experience and proven ability working productively with a team serving in both leadership and contributor roles.
