Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and prepare Terms of Reference (TOR) on IT Project in public and private sectors.
∎ Prepare Expression of Interest (EOI) & Request for Proposal (RFP) for IT project in public and private sectors.
∎ Proposal preparation and submission according to the PPR, the World Bank/ IFC/ UN procurement rules.
∎ Prepare technical solution (software/hardware/network/security) according to the terms of reference of the bid document.
∎ Ability to prepare business process models, diagrams, software specifications and charts for the proposal to provide information to client the project team.
∎ Ability to communicate and coordinate with stakeholders (Client, business team, technical team) for analyzing and validating the business needs.
∎ Preparing technical documents and presentations as per client's requirements.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Proficiency in using documentation tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, specifically diagram drawing tools like Visio, will be considered an advantage.
∎ Excellent command of the English language, including grammar, punctuation, and writing style.
∎ Ability to comprehend complex technical information and present it in a simplified manner.
∎ Strong research and analytical abilities.
∎ Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
