Job Responsibilities:
∎ To ensure smooth operation of production & quality
∎ Lead, supervise & manage the production & maintenance team
∎ Analyzing production data to identify and resolve any production issue
∎ Capable to prepare spare parts requisition and followup
∎ Assist line manager in achieving maximum customer satisfaction in accordance with organizational plans
∎ Assist in estimating production costs and yearly budgets
∎ Training and supervising new production line workers
∎ Ensure that finished goods meets quality standards
