Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering / Industrial & Production Engineering with minimum 06 Years’ experience
∎ Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 10 Years’ experience in the reputed manufacturing industry.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Industrial Production Engineering
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall supervision and manage the Production floor.
∎ Liaison with the Planning, Quality Assurance, Maintenance and other related departments.
∎ Check work progress, quality with performance.
∎ To check manufacturing / production process and find out the defects of the process if any.
∎ Cost control and reporting.
∎ Effective workforce engagement for maximum output of Production.
∎ Daily monitoring of the production & keeping its reports in proper format by monitoring the production of individual m/c and comparison with the set target and analyzing the cause of less production and taking the effective steps by consulting with higher authority.
∎ Monitoring and prepare product for inspection.
∎ Overall administration of Section.
∎ Any other responsibilities vested by higher authority
Additional Requirements:
∎ Management capacity of the various types of engineers, technicians, workers, etc.
∎ Strong Computer Skill especially in MS Office.
∎ Good Communication Skill.
∎ Positive attitude.
∎ Team Player.
∎ Candidates having working experience in steel factory will get preference.
