Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in Social Science, Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance or any other relevant field.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
Additional Requirements:
∎ 5-7 years' experience in similar role or a senior position in the areas of procurement in INGO/NGO.
∎ Should have sufficient knowledge on GoB policy relevant to CARE BD operations as it applies to Procurement and align those with organizational procurement policy.
∎ Should have experience to handle donors' requirements to procure goods for project implementation.
∎ Experience on local and foreign vendor management.
∎ Strong skills & ability in building team in the Procurement dept. and teams in other units.
∎ Should have experience to manage procurement team.
∎ Excellent oral and written communication skills.
∎ Computer proficiency in MS words, MS-Excel, MS Access, MS PowerPoint.
