•  Monitoring overall day-to-day activities & carrying out the hospital operation.      

• Carry out the overall finance activities & lead the floor management team, reception team & other teams.       

• Support general managers & hospital management by assisting with the administration of business operations, plans and procedures.·   

• Help to set business strategies, implement policies, negotiate with suppliers, and doctors, allocate tasks to team members, and have the power to act for managers when they`re not present.  

• Oversee day-to-day operations, network with marketing teams, and patients, manage staff, and promote the company`s goals.     

• Participate in strategic decision-making processes, reporting directly to the Admin & Finance Director & Managing Director.  

• Act in place of the manager when they are not available.     

• Closely working with doctors, management, patients & other stockholders.       

• Any assigned task by hospital management to carry forward.
