Responsibilities & Context:
Supervise installation of electrical systems (substation, generator, lift, solar, CCTV, PABX, lighting, etc.) as per approved drawings.
Review and provide feedback on electrical drawings; ensure adherence to technical specifications and standards.
Monitor and inspect internal & external electrical wiring, slab conduiting, and temporary distribution systems.
Coordinate with contractors and vendors for material delivery, installation, testing, and commissioning.
Ensure quality, safety, and timely completion of electrical works according to the project schedule.
Prepare BOQ for major electrical items and support material requisition processes.
