Job Context:
∎ This position is mainly responsible for providing the required assistance in the various M&E functions, He/She will alos be responsible to work closely with the management for Monitoring, Evaluation, Documentation, Reporting, to ensuring the better MEAL management services and overall reporting and documentation services of the implemented programmes and functions of the organization under the supervision of the Head of the department.
∎ Employment Status: Full time and Permanent.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ M&E plan, framework and tool development.
∎ Data collection, analysis and reporting.
∎ Develop event based and periodical reports,
∎ Report analysis.
∎ Assist in other M&E functions as required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 5 years working experience in relevant work.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Development Agency, NGO
∎ Professional experience working with Monitoring, and Documentation related activity
∎ Experience on developing quantitative and qualitative reports.
∎ Proficiency in using advanced Excel or other statistical analysis software; MS Acess, SPSS, KOBO Tool
∎ Experience data collection and analysis
∎ Good report writing skills
∎ Excellent computer skills
∎ Proficient in written and oral communication skills in English
∎ Willingness to work under pressure during emergency response.
Salary: Tk. 40000 (Monthly)
