Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supply knowledge on all feed mill related raw materials specially Maize, Soyabin meal, DORB, Rapseed, rice polish, soyabin oil, cotton seed, filter flower,full fat soyabin and all medicinal items.
∎ Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure the timely and cost-effective purchase of materials, supplies, and equipment.
∎ Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, and establish relationships with vendors to ensure reliable supply.
∎ Collaborate with other departments to forecast procurement needs and ensure that materials, supplies, and equipment are ordered in a timely manner.
∎ Develop and maintain supplier relationships, negotiate favorable terms and conditions, and resolve any issues that may arise.
∎ Liaising with key company employees to determine their product and service needs
∎ Performing all procurement activities including pre-qualification, negotiating supplier agreements, preparation of contracts and tender management
∎ Delegating tasks and supervising the work of Purchasing and Procurement Agents across all departments
∎ Identifying areas for improvement to continually drive performance and business results
∎ Leading a team of Purchasing Agents and delegate tasks across departments when necessary
∎ Managing overall direction, coordination and evaluation of procurement for the organization
∎ Developing strong relationships with business stakeholders and strategic supply partners to improve business
∎ Creating policies and procedures for risk management and mitigation
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have contact with at least 20-30 suppliers.
Salary: Negotiable
