Educational Requirements:
∎ DVM from any reputed University/ Graduate/ Post graduate in poultry science
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ This position holder officers will be responsible for their Branch planning, target setting and implementing.
∎ This position holders have to have an inclusive plan to achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
∎ Inclusion new farmer for contract farming and renting the farm for PS/Commercial layer/Commercial Broiler./Sonali poultry rearing.
∎ Responsible to handle one lakh poultry day to day management and operation.
∎ Responsible for timely sell the ready broiler, table egg and culled birds.
∎ Strictly follow, production target which will be set by the management for execution.
∎ Have mentality to work as a team and follow the instruction of their supervisors.
∎ Provide technical, motivational and mental support to the farmer and staff team.
∎ Regular include new farmer and maintain good relationship with existing farmer.
∎ Always try to keep your commitment to your farmer and management.
∎ Must ensure quality of service in farm operation and gain optimum result.
∎ Able to handle clients and satisfy them with set service polices of the company.
∎ Receive your client's feedback and share with your supervisor to resolve the issues.
∎ Execute all marketing activities as per the set plan and policies the organization.
∎ Regular follow up and monitoring responsible area farms and ensure birds safety.
∎ Identify bird's disease and ensure proper treatment.
∎ Motorcycle driving is essential for smooth communication and support.
∎ Report writing and computer skill is essential.
∎ Always to be work with honesty, sincerity and punctuality.
∎ He will be responsible for all resources of company under his branch area.
∎ Ready to take additional tasks and responsibilities deemed necessary by the management.
∎ Overseeing and monitoring Integrated poultry farm Management and responsible for assigned branch's total operations.
∎ Responsible for submission of daily / weekly / monthly reports of the regions birds performance in terms of productivity, livability due to clinical diseases.
∎ Enforce the sales team to acquire maximum profitability and have fluent ability to prepare, analyze and submit of their MIS reports, production reports, KPI metrics etc which are associated with own branch.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 3 to 6 years in PS rearing, commercial layer rearing, commercial broiler rearing and Contract Farming.
Salary: Negotiable
