Education:
∎ Bachelor/Honors in any discipline
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA), preferably with a specialization in Human Resources (HR) from a reputed institution.
∎ Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management (PGDHRM) is Mandatory.
∎ Bachelor of Laws (LLB) is an added advantage.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Strategic HR Planning: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with ZDSL’s business goals., focusing on talent acquisition, development, and retention.
∎ Employee Relations: Foster a positive workplace environment through effective communication, conflict resolution, and employee engagement initiatives.
∎ Talent Management: Oversee recruitment, induction orientation, performance management, training and development, succession planning, and employee retention strategies.
∎ Compensation & Benefits: Create and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs, ensuring alignment with market standards and organizational goals.
∎ HR Policies: Develop, implement and review HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. Lead full-spectrum
∎ HR operations: recruitment, onboarding, performance management, L&D, retention, and succession planning.
∎ HR Analytics: Utilize HR metrics and data analysis to inform decision-making and improve HR processes.
∎ KPI Analysis: Drive data-based HR decisions using analytics and KPI monitoring. Structure and monitor KPI frameworks across all departments.
∎ Administration:
∎ Office Management: Oversee the management of office facilities, including space planning, maintenance, security, and office services.
∎ Administrative Policies: Develop and enforce administrative policies and procedures to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
∎ Security Management: Implementing security policies, regulations, rules & norms and make sure that the environment of the company is safe for all stakeholders.
∎ Transport Management: Responsible for Transport Management and Maintenance of the group. Develop and implement transportation strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
∎ Vendor Management: Manage relationships with service providers and vendors, negotiating contracts and ensuring cost-effectiveness.

∎ This position will be responsible for leading and managing the Human Resources and Administration functions within the organization. This role involves developing and implementing strategies to ensure the efficient operation of these functions, aligning them with the overall business objectives, and ensuring that the company complies with all relevant laws and regulations.
