Job Context:
∎ Make Sales, Operate Sales team & Achieving given sales target.
∎ Key Selling Point : Achieving Hotel Project or Others Projects company sales target.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To make sales, achieve monthly and yearly sales target.
∎ To operate, lead and motivate Sales teams for achieve the desired result.
∎ To plan and monitor Sales teams regular activities.
∎ Closing sales successfully.
∎ To identify niche customer & business opportunity and create data base accordingly.
∎ To visit prospective customers regularly.
∎ To ensure optimum utilization of promotional materials.
∎ To maintain relationship with the existing customers.
∎ To attend various fair.
∎ To attend the training program.
∎ To submit various report to Management.
