Job Responsibilities:
∎ Have to Lead Sales Team.
∎ Target oriented and ensure the achievement in time.
∎ Self-Starter and should have positive mindset to achieve Land Share/Flat Sales target.
∎ Have to visit physically prospective customers regularly.
∎ Smooth communication with clients and maintain excellent relationship.
∎ Follow up clients through phone call, e-mail, physical visit.
∎ Able to provide daily work progress report by WhatsApp.
∎ Achieve company revenue and profit target with proper planning & execution.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
