• 2-5 years of proven experience creating video ads, motion graphics, animated visuals, and other relevant fields.
• Must have professional skills in Premiere Pro, After Effects & Final Cut Pro X
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator & etc.)
• Advanced video editing skill and animation skill is a must.
• Experience with video shooting & visual storytelling techniques.
• Experience with 3D modeling is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills
• Self-motivated and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced working environment
• In-depth knowledge of real estate industry and its current issues
• Understand social media trends and impact in design
