Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developing and implementing strategies that resonate with the target market to accommodate the needs of sustainable growth.
∎ Conduct consumer & market research & ensure research based brand strategy.
∎ Developing strategies and managing marketing campaigns across print, broadcast and online platforms to ensure that products and services meet customers' expectations and to build the credibility of brands.
∎ Strong strategic relationship build up & maintain with internal & external stakeholders.
∎ Monitor market trends & develop plans as per need basis.
∎ Effective plan to ensure brands visibility and placement to reach the top of the mind of customers.
∎ Fix Yearly and seasonal marketing activities to achieve the core Sales Target. Develop yearly, Seasonal marketing budget, budget allocation and ensure effective utilisation. Ensure Sales driven marketing plans by analysing Sales data.
∎ Execute marketing campaigns aimed at communicating Brand messages.
∎ Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
∎ Ensure plan & time base execution.
∎ Analyse marketing ROI of each campaign, event and activations & plan for next
∎ move as required.
∎ Measuring and reporting on campaign performance and assessing KPIs and ROI.
∎ Strong Documentation & dynamic report preparation for current & future reference.
∎ Responsible for preparing brand guidelines, SOP & ensures amendments when and where required.
∎ Lead the team in a Dynamic & versatile way to bring leadership capability to individual Team members.
∎ Develop the team through Care, Motivation, Skills development & making them ambitious to achieve the GOAL

∎ Age 32 to 40 years
∎ Tech & social media savvy & Knack for Fashion.
∎ Knack for coming up with creative ideas and campaigns. Analytical thinking & creative storytelling.
∎ Proactive, Strong Communication & Interpersonal Skills are required

∎ Team oriented, collaboration & relationship management.
∎ Preference Proven Work Experience and Agency Experience .
