Educational Requirements:
∎ LLB/ LLM from any reputed university.
∎ Membership as an advocate in Bangladesh Bar Council will be given preference.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Corporate and Commercial Law, Legal Affairs, Legal Aid & Services
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Buying House, Garments, Group of Companies, Law Firm

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Review existing agreements, issue necessary documents to meet the requirements of Local laws.
∎ Scrutinize the legal documents and ensure everything is in accordance with approved and prescribed formats.
∎ Advise the Company on potential and actual legal/litigation risks through pro-active risk analysis.
∎ Draft and/or vet contracts, agreements, MOUs, legal notices, replies, other notices, processes, power of attorney, trade letters, other letters, regulatory communications, other communications, etc. as and when required.
∎ Maintain custody of legal documents of the Business Units.
∎ Ensure legal compliance with relevant laws and applicable guidelines at all times.
∎ Visit and complete tasks at different government offices.
∎ Manage and protect the Intellectual Property rights of the company.
∎ Liaise with external legal counsel as and when required.
∎ Dealing both civil & criminal cases in civil & criminal courts.
∎ Vetting land related documents and giving legal opinion.
∎ Verify land related legal document from respective offices i.e (AC Land, Tohshil Office etc.) and solving of any kind of land, building, factory issues.
∎ Keep coordination with Legal Consultant for better understanding.
∎ Act and monitor any legal issues arising.
