Job Responsibilities:
∎ Perform Pre-Audit & Post-Audit of all different kinds of payments to ensure compliance with existing policies.
∎ Monitoring bill of exchange through pro-forma invoice with actual bill-challan & requisition together with ledger book & verified with ERP
∎ Prepare detailed reports on audit findings with necessary analysis, observations, comparison and recommendations.
∎ Monitor all kinds of purchase bill, Sales bill, regular traveling & conveyance bill, entertainment bill. Monitoring & checking of all types of expenditure.
∎ Perform Cashbook audit, record of cash transaction & disbursements.
∎ Monitor unit wise monthly wages, overhead with production value & CM
∎ Verify post costing with pre-costing to come up with actual CM
∎ Analyse actual labour, material, and overhead cost against Standard/ Budget.
∎ Check procurement process, collection procedure with SWOT analysis
∎ Ensure all reconciliation statement, like-Bank, Accounts Receivable, Accounts payable, Advance, Parties etc
∎ Sound knowledge in Financial Statements
∎ Intense knowledge in ERP software specially in accounts, HR, & Merchandising module
∎ Provide support to prevent and manage financial fraud and corruption.
∎ Plan, develop and continuous improvement in all activities of warehouse process
∎ Investigate, checked & verified the unit wise wages summary to refrain from ghost worker, illegal recruitment, unnecessary overtime hour, attendance policy, nepotism etc.
∎ Have good command in Microsoft Office Works , especially in Excel
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate should have experience on Garments & Textiles.
∎ Should have at least 8-10 years' experience in accounts & audit function.
∎ Minimum 2-3 years audit experienced will be given preference as position of Manager.
∎ AUDIT experience in manufacturing company is MUST.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Internal Audit
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments & Textile Manufacturing
∎ Proficiency in SAP/ ERP is preferable.
∎ Excellent analytical skill, report writing and presentation skills.
∎ Problem Solving skills and Analysis.
∎ Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
∎ Well groomed, energetic & ability to work under pressure.
∎ Strong interpersonal skill to communication with people.
∎ Computer literacy is must especially in Advance Excel & PPT
