∎ MBA (major in HRM) from a reputed University with good academic track record.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The ideal candidate will lead the HR Team and ensure performing all the job activities of HR department effectively & efficiently.
∎ The candidate will act as a company secretary, represent the company in different forums, conduct board meetings, prepare meeting minutes and follow up execution of decisions properly.
∎ The selected candidate will make effective coordination with all the departments and synchronize their job activities for achieving the organization goal.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Should have minimum 5 years’ experience in HR department in reputed Electronic Media / Corporate Office, out of which 2 years in the advertised position.
∎ Both male and female candidates are encouraged to apply.
∎ Should have excellent communication & presentation skills
∎ Should be smart, sincere, hardworking & self-motivated.
∎ Should have proficiency in MS Office & internet uses
