Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Land Registration, Mutation
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Group of Companies, Real Estate
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure vetting of all Land related documents
∎ Draft deed of agreement, demarcation, valuation, registration and mutation
∎ Correspond with land owners and Government offices (AC Land Office, Sub-Registry Office, Tahshil Office, Police Station etc.)
∎ Collect all certified documents (Deeds, Khatians, NEC, Maps etc.) from related Government offices
∎ File Litigation, appear before Courts on behalf of the Company and liaise with lawyers
∎ Prepare documentation for land/apartment registration
∎ Coordinate with the sales team and the clients for registration
∎ Prepare registration cost proposal and ensure collection from clients
∎ Arrange transfer permission of registration from Government authorities
∎ Collect NEC from RAJUK for the purpose of Mortgage Deed
Additional Requirements:
∎ Excellent Communication and negotiation skill
∎ Demonstrated knowledge of registration rules and related documentation
∎ Attention to details
∎ Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites
