 Develop and implement contractor management strategies to ensure efficient and successful project execution.

 Review, enhance, and establish policies and procedures related to contractor management and service delivery.

 Benchmark, analyze, and optimize costs associated with shuttering and contractor services to improve operational efficiency.

 Identify, evaluate, and onboard new and alternative vendors while ensuring competitive pricing, quality, and reliability.

 Monitor contractor performance, recommend improvement initiatives, and negotiate long-term service agreements.

 Ensure timely delivery of quality materials and services in alignment with project schedules and standards.

 Manage contractor onboarding and coordination processes to support on-time project completion.

 Conduct contractor rate analysis and cost evaluations to ensure alignment with budget objectives and company goals.
