∎ Should have sound knowledge on HS code, customs procedure, bond office functions and different government offices.
∎ Should have strong negotiation skills, communication skills and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Obtain/complete the renewal processes of all licenses (e.g., Trade License, ERC, IRC, TIN, BIN, EPB, Factory License, Fire License etc.) from the relevant authority.
∎ Complete all related work of Board of Investment, chief controller of Import & Export (CCI&E).
∎ Establish and maintain a strong liaison and good rapport with all the relevant government officials including customs department with a view to serve all the factory requirements under the group.
∎ Obtaining Bond license, General Bond, Annual audit schedule and related issues from the customs authority.
∎ Follow up UD/UP formalities against all import and export for all concern under the group.
∎ Maintaining and cross checking in-bond and ex-bond register with Customs department record.
∎ Guide customs and commercial team with using proper H.S Code.
∎ Include all Machinery and new raw material whenever imported.
∎ Follow up and Prepare PRC of Bank for customs bond audit.
