∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Commercial, Freight Forwarding/ C&F
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Clearing & Forwarding (C&F) Companies

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To have excellent knowledge and expertise in Customs Clearing & Forwarding, Port Clearance, freight forwarding, export and import processes, etc.
∎ To have a vast knowledge of Customs rules and regulations of the Government of Bangladesh and act accordingly.
∎ To maintain the rules & regulations of Chattogram port.
∎ To ensure Responsible to execute, coordinate, monitor and managing export/import works.
∎ To ensure the co-ordination in synchronization with Government officials, Banks, freight forwarders, transport for clearing Export/Import consignments by sea.
∎ To execute, monitoring shipment, documentation and fast customs clearance of goods from the ports.
∎ To monitor and update customs formalities, entries in passbook in the port.
∎ To deal with shipping lines & Freight Forwarders.
∎ Dealing and managing the logistics from Chattogram port to factory.
∎ Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 36 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 7 year(s) in Clearing & Forwarding, Freight Forwarding and other related works
∎ Working knowledge in English & Bengali
∎ Basic computer skills
∎ Must be prepared to stay in Chattogram.
∎ Should have knowledge in the following areas:
∎ Detailed knowledge of Customs formalities
∎ Documentation knowledge for clearing the Imported goods from customs
∎ Documentation knowledge for forwarding the Exported goods
∎ H.S code and its application
∎ Bill of Entry, Bill of Exchange (B/E), Bill of Lading (B/L), Bill of Export
∎ SRO, SWIFT, UCP-600, HAB, MAWB, PSI, ICD, LCL & FCL Cargo, IGM & EGM
∎ Assessable Value & Invoice value, Tax Holiday & Duty Drawback, INCOTERMS, Commercial, Banking, Customs and Shipping terms knowledge
∎ Tariff of Import and Export goods
∎ Export Incentive,
∎ Experience in C&F operations.
∎ Ablity to manage the team,
∎ Handle Delivery Vehicles
∎ Pre- shipment inspection & Post shipment Inspection,
