∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Garments Accessories, Textile

Job Responsibilities:
∎ As per BB guideline (FE Circular) maintain Application letter submission in time to Bank.
∎ Make documents to several spinners for cash BTMA certificate individually.
∎ Collect related PRC from several Bank Cash incentive purposes.
∎ Make documents to BGMEA for cash BTMA certificate.
∎ Capable Form KA/ KHA make with proper Costing.
∎ Collect related all documents from related desk.
∎ Acknowledged about all type of Cash Incentive for (Knit Composite) 01%/02%04% USA, CANADA & New Markets etc.
∎ Follow-up submitted all files from submission to bringing final payment from BB.
∎ Capable face Cash Incentive Audit firm/ Bank/ and BB if any discrepancies arise in applied files & solve the issue quickly.
∎ Any other task assigned by management from time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 34 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good communication skills in both English and Bengali.
∎ Strong negotiation skill and good inter-personal skills.
∎ Good leadership ability to lead & motivate the subordinates.
∎ The applicant should have experience on Cash Incentive in Knit Composite industry.
∎ The incumbent must be Smart, Dynamic and Energetic

Salary: Negotiable
