Educational Requirements:
∎ The candidate should have Masters/ MBA in Management/ Accounting/ Finance/ Marketing with minimum GPA or CGPA 2.50 or 2nd division/ class or equivalent result in all academic examinations from any reputed university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Strategic Plan, Annual Business Plan, Yearly and Monthly Budget, Sales and Production Plan , Implementation and sales target achievement.
∎ Development of cost control plan, guide and monitoring;
∎ Guide, train, apply technique and motivate sales team for strengthening and increasing sale;
∎ To cover entrapped salt market and clients through strong sales initiatives.
∎ In case of salt production and procurement, organizational policy and procedures must need to follow.
∎ Analysis of Product pricing after evaluation of market, cost and competition and report submit to COO Enterprises
∎ Service policy and idea generation and implementation as per COO and higher Management review and consent
∎ Confirming continuous profitability;
∎ Coordination with BSCIC, Micronutrient Initiative, GAIN, UNICEF, Malik Summite and other Institutions
∎ Market research and customer feedback through visit, improve service and quality.
∎ Any other activity as assigned necessary by management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 7 years of experience with 02 years in managerial position related to Retail marketing and Salt Production.
∎ He/ She must have sound knowledge on Sales
∎ Must be expert in Strategic Planning, Budgeting, Independent decision making and thinking out of box.
∎ Must have Good Communication, Report writing, Presentation and computer skills
∎ Must have Problem solving ability, Analytical ability, Strong interpersonal, People management, Persuasion and negotiation skills
∎ He/ She should be able to design Monitoring tools and Techniques
