Responsibilities & Context:
Collect quotations from markets, vendors, and suppliers.
Purchase construction materials, hardware items, machinery, and tools as per project requirements.
Coordinate with project sites regarding material and machinery requirements.
Monitor market prices and prepare comparative cost reports.
Track machinery repair, maintenance, and transportation.
Coordinate delivery and supply of materials between projects and head office.
Maintain procurement and supply-related records and reports.
Support ERP and digital procurement systems.
