Experience:
A Bachelor’s Degree in Digital media, communication studies, or a related field is typically preferred.
Certifications: Certifications in social media marketing (Like- Meta Social Media Marketing, Professional Certificate) are highly regarded.
Proven experience working with e-Commerce businesses in Bangladesh.
Creative strategy experience for e-Commerce products.
Good understanding of SEO and organic growth strategies.
Candidates must have strong commutation skills, able to work under pressure and have good behavior.
Expertise in tools relevant to digital marketing (e.g. Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, etc.)
Design layouts, graphics, logos, and illustrations for websites, social media, print ads, and packaging.
Work alongside marketing, communications, or product teams to execute creative strategies.
The incumbent should be expert on Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, 3D Studio max, Maya, Adobe after effects and Macromedia Flash.
Create visually appealing designs for digital and print media (social media, banners, brochures, posters, etc.)
Must have professional experience in Embroidery Design, Photoshop, Illustrator.

Job Responsibilities & Context
Formulate digital marketing strategies to enhance brand affinity, driving customer engagement, generating lead and conversion across all business channels of the company (Ecommerce, retail stores, franchises).
Strategize and execute web, SEO/SEM, social media, display ad, DSP, Gaming & App campaigns. Establish and manage a strong social media presence across all social channels.
Work closely with ecommerce team to enhance website design, user experience (UX), traffic, and content quality.
Social media management: Page handling and optimization, content publishing and scheduling, story-based caption generation, and more.
Troubleshooting and running operations for all digital channels with specific platform team agents including Meta, Google, Tik Tok, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.
Collaborate with creative agency to plan and prepare key digital contents in line with
Manage and grow e-Commerce sales through data-driven marketing strategies.
Collaborating with internal teams for campaign execution.
Ensure timely completion of assigned design and development activities.
