Responsibilities & Context:
- Running public relations activities to keep the company’s brand image strong, positive, and respected.
- Advising customers on our products and explaining the unique services that set our brand apart from competitors.
- Making sure customer service and guest entertainment areas are run perfectly according to company policy.
- Helping customers make purchases by sharing trusted advice, suggestions, and style opinions to build their confidence.
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with VIP customers, corporate clients, and business partners.
- Collecting customer opinions, complaints, and suggestions, and passing them directly to the right department to fix issues.
- Handling public relations and announcements for new showroom openings, special offers, and promotional campaigns.
- Helping manage the company’s positive image and presence on social media platforms and traditional news media.
- Carrying out any additional duties or special assignments requested by upper management.
