• Candidates from Bangladesh Agricultural University will be preferred.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent leadership and team management capability

• Ability to work under pressure and travel extensively to field sites

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement crop production plans in alignment with business goals.

• Coordinate with farmers to ensure smooth operations.

• Monitor field operations and provide necessary technical support.

• Promote and supervise adoption of modern Agri-technologies.

• Manage and analyze agricultural data and reports for business insights.

• Lead and supervise the field team for effective performance.

• Ensure smooth supply chain coordination with procurement and distribution.

• Conduct research & development for innovative agricultural solutions.
