Job Context:

The Group has a strong market presence in distributing Samsung brand mobile Devices & Electronics products, FMCG contract, Logistics, Manufacturing and Distribution of Pump and Foundry, IT Solution, Food and Beverage Retail. The Group is developing an estate of the art manufacturing plant in collaboration with Samsung Electronics, South Korea.
∎ The company is now looking for a creative, dynamic and proactive individual to fill up the following position for its Consumer Electronics & Mobile manufacturing plant "Fair Electronics Ltd." at Narsingdi.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare the periodic training need identification process for the group.
∎ Engage with the key stakeholders to conduct a structured Training Needs Assessment (TNA) and determine individual and organizational development needs.
∎ Analyze the training needs, develop structured training programs, or modify existing training programs to meet specific staff needs.
∎ Prepare monthly learning calendar aligning annual learning plan and ensure execution as per plan.
∎ Develop and execute an effective induction program for new Staff & Worker.
∎ Monitor and review the progress of trainees through effective training evaluation.
∎ Create internal and external trainer pool.
∎ Preparing training PPT and Update accordingly time to time.
∎ Support coaching and mentoring process as required.
∎ Track regularity and effectiveness of sessions conducted by the appointed coaches and mentors for the participants.
∎ Prepare training budget & ensure targeted ROI of training.
∎ Collaborates with vendors and third-party training providers to arrange employee registration for participation outside training programs.
∎ Ensures that training milestones and goals are met while adhering to approved training budget.
∎ Identifies issues and opportunities, such as operational changes or industry developments, that training might improve.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 34 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate who has completed ToT with factory L&D experience gets preference.
