Responsibilities & Context:
∎ • Knowledge & experience of HVAC-R/C, clean room, VRF, Chiller (Air cooled), AHU &Dehumidifier.
∎ Continuously monitor and analyze data from HVAC systems control and other connected systems appropriately.
∎ Perform periodic inspections of the control room equipment, BMS connected equipment to identify any malfunction or abnormality. Report and coordinate repair & maintenance work as necessary to ensure proper functioning of the systems.
∎ Maintain and keep the records of emergency calls, system performance, alarm incidents and maintenance activities with the information of breakdown/ disruption/ restoration time in the logbook and registers during the shift. Prepare incident reports for all activities
∎ Maintain clear and efficient communication with the fire safety personnel, providing them with essential details and updates as needed during any incident.
∎ Actively participate in fire/managements training and act as a point of contact during emergency situation and provide necessary information to facility personnel. Always practice and stay updated on emergency response procedure.
∎ Promptly respond to emergency calls related to any urgency.
