∎ 1. Vendor management.2. Maintain visitor/vendor entry records.3. Receive incoming documents/parcel, record in register & distribute the proper authority.4. Organize office food arrangements.5. Manage office stationery.6. Routine office maintenance.7. Petty cash management.8. Administrative vendor bill processing for payment.9. Supervise support assistant, cleaner.10. Organize meeting room for scheduled meetings.11. Maintain office & kitchen hygiene.12. Any other task assigned by management.
