Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible to manage the overall activities of the Dyeing Lab and Testing, Research & Development related works of the Plant.
∎ Ensure development of sample fabrics of different Buyers as per the required colors/styles & other specifications in a cost effective way.
∎ Guide the Testing, Research & Development personnel and develop new/innovative sample of finished fabrics to attract buyers for providing future orders.
∎ Manage the testing of materials in accordance with established test methods.
∎ Analyze test data and obtain test reports as per the requirement.
∎ Maintains records, logs, files, and physical inventory of samples, finished products, and raw materials.
∎ Ensure proper Documentation of dye recipes and processes for each fabric order, for future reference.
∎ Train and mentor Lab Officer, Technician & Lab Assistant to become proficient in test performance and provide daily operational supervision and guidance to these associates.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 65 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ least 06 years of experience with garments/textile
∎ A solid Knowledge of Internationally Accepted quality requirements/procedures and ensure that those requirements are met
