Job Responsibilities:
∎ Install Operating system and troubleshoot
∎ Handle Active Directory, Windows Server 2012 or 2019
∎ Handle all sort of networking (LAN and WAN) related work and troubleshoot
∎ Experience in Cisco and Mikrotik.
∎ Experience in Migration from any email platform to Microsoft 365 / Exchange
∎ Set-up and maintain IP, LAN and wireless router, NVR, CC-Camera, attendance machine, Bar code and Online Printer, and Microsoft outlook, MS Excel
∎ Repair IT peripherals and equipment, such as laptops, desktops, monitors, printers, scanners, etc.
∎ Reinstall operating systems when hard disks break down.
∎ Adjust computer hardware components to ensure better performance and diagnose network connectivity problems, which involve replacing screens on computers, installing and configuring software programs, and assembling desktop and laptop computers, besides mobile devices and Macs
∎ Prepare various types of reports on daily/weekly/monthly basis as per management requirements
∎ Arrange visa, air ticket booking, and hotel reservation-related activities .
∎ Assist in performing daily back up and other IT- related routine tasks of the organization.
∎ Maintain IT Inventory
∎ Conduct Various IT training (IT Topic) for management employee.
∎ Coordinate work with IT Team Management, vendors and supplier, and ensure the smooth delivery of IT related job of Project.
∎ Coordinate with IT team management for new project IT related service develop and execute plan.
∎ Coordinate with Internal and External Audit Team according to company policy

∎ Having Strong Command over both in written & verbal English.
