Deputy Manager (IT) who will be responsible for all IT. This includes overseeing network operations, systems administration, cybersecurity, and end-user support.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning:

• Develop and implement the IT strategy in alignment with the organization's overall business objectives.
• Conduct IT assessments and needs analysis to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Plan and manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and resource allocation.

Infrastructure Management:

• Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the organization's IT infrastructure, including:
• Network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi)
• Server infrastructure (physical and virtual)
• Data storage and backup systems
• Telecommunications systems
• End-user computing devices (desktops, laptops, mobile devices)

Systems Administration:

• Manage and maintain all IT systems, including operating systems, databases, and applications.
• Ensure the security and integrity of all IT systems and data.
• Perform system upgrades, patches, and maintenance activities.

Cybersecurity:

• Develop and implement cybersecurity policies and procedures.
• Monitor and respond to security threats and incidents.
• Conduct regular security audits and penetration testing.
• Educate employees on cybersecurity best practices.

End-User Support:

• Manage the IT help desk and provide technical support to end-users.
• Resolve technical issues and provide assistance with software and hardware problems.
• Train employees on the use of IT systems and applications.

Team Management:

• Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals.
• Evaluate employee performance and provide feedback
• Reinstall operating systems when hard disks break down.
• Adjust computer hardware components to ensure better performance and diagnose network connectivity problems, which involve replacing screens on computers, installing and configuring software programs, and assembling desktop and laptop computers, besides mobile devices and Macs Prepare various types of reports on daily/weekly/monthly basis as per management requirements Arrange visa, air ticket booking, and hotel reservation-related activities .
• Assist in performing daily back up and other IT- related routine tasks of the organization.
• Maintain IT Inventory Conduct Various IT training (IT Topic) for management employee.
• Coordinate work with Factory IT Team Management, vendors and supplier, and ensure the smooth delivery of IT related job of Project.
