Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee the recruitment and selection process of HQ and Clinic level.
∎ Ensure compliance of recruitment & selection process across the network.
∎ Ensure, coordinate and facilitate on boarding of new staff.
∎ Maintain the employee file, necessary documentations and HRIS.
∎ Coordinate and manage different Employer Branding initiatives, as applicable.
∎ Coordinate SHN Learning & Development process and programs and maintain necessary documentations.
∎ Identify, retain & develop the talents in coordination with respective department/unit.
∎ Ensure on time performance appraisal in qualitative manner & actively involve with the department/unit.
∎ Work to achieve the best outcome of Performance Improvement Plan (PIP), as applicable.
∎ To strengthen rapport with the staff by visiting the offices/ clinics on a regular basis.
∎ Ensure daily HR Operational tasks through intra and inter department/unit coordination.
∎ Carryout policy & process orientations for building awareness among all employees.
∎ Practice and promote SHN values.
∎ Prepare and update reports relating to HR activities (staffing, recruitment, training/ orientations, PMS, HR Operations etc).
Additional Requirements:
∎ Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both in verbal and written in Bangla and English.
∎ Knowledge of Labor law and practice.
∎ Strong knowledge of MS Office applications.
∎ Knowledge of HR analytics.
∎ Any professional certification (national/ international) on HR will be an added advantage.
∎ Willingness to travel extensively.
∎ Willingness to work beyond general working hours.
