Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in HRM
∎ Graduate with BBA, MBA major in HR with proven IT skills or B.Sc in IT having good exposure in HR functional area and its database management, process development related to Human Resource Information

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): HR Operations, HR Policy, HR Service, Recruitment & Selection
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Clinic

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee all the recruitment and selection of HQ and Clinic level positions.
∎ Ensure compliance of recruitment & Selection process across the network.
∎ Onboard candidates, prepare the personal file.
∎ Maintain employee recruitment database.
∎ Coordinate SHN learning & Development process and programs and make documented in a Learning Log Sheet for necessary tracking.
∎ Roll out the Training Needs Assessment and summarize the TNA result to plan annual Learning Program (Soft Skill and Functional Training).
∎ Facilitate training program with making a nomination form, arrange and evaluation. All kinds of training are recorded as training database archive at HQ of each calendar year.
∎ Assist in designing to capturing all HR activities usable for monthly HR Dashboard.
∎ Assist Manager-HR in capturing data on employee performance improvement result for monthly HR Dashboard
∎ Ensure assistance in drafting all kinds of HR meeting minutes and circulate to the concern people.
∎ Prepare others letter and meeting schedule as per advice of your supervisor.
∎ Policy orientation and build awareness among all employees.
∎ Establish SHN values to improve employee performance.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 3-5 years of experience in handling HR will be given preference.
∎ MBA/BBA major in HR with proven IT skills and having good exposure in HR functional area and its database management, process development.
∎ Well Conversant in IT based HR framework development in compliance of HR regulatory awareness (as per labour law).
∎ Demonstrated ability to analyse HR functional steps for IT application and integration.
∎ Strong technical skills required along with independent thinking, problem solving, HR budgetary framework, etc. will be highly valuable.
∎ Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both in verbal and written Bangla and English, development presentations etc.
∎ Strong knowledge of MS Office applications (advanced practical knowledge particularly Excel).
∎ Willingness to travel extensively

Salary: Negotiable
