Responsibilities & Context:
  • Prepare daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports, presentations and briefs.

  • Arrange meetings and appointments and provide reminders.

  • Handle requests and queries appropriately.

  • Communicate with International clients.

  • Prepare meeting minutes.

  • Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system

  • Complete additional related task as per Management requirement.

  • Responsible for verification & reconciliation of monthly payroll.

  • To prepare daily absenteeism report.

  • Prepare daily & monthly attendance.

  • Look after leave management, payroll management.

  • Prepare different types of payroll reports.

  • Need to do performance management system.

  • Managing outsourcing service related to payroll management for the client.

  • Lead the payroll team to prepare monthly payroll and employee benefits processing activities.

  • Maintain employee records, personal file.

  • Reconciles the payroll-related time sheets and prepares salary statements or reports summarizing payroll-related accounts.

  • Manages workflows and ensures all payroll transactions are processed in a timely and accurate manner.

  • Ensure that all necessary control procedures are effected prior to disbursement initiation.

  • Manages the holiday and time off related data.

  • Liaise with finance management team and ensures that any inquiries received are either resolved or well under way to resolution.

  • Resolve tax deduction related matters with the individual contractors / employees

  • Ensure accurate and timely weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual financial reporting for senior management.

  • Grievance handling.

  • Must have good experience with workers in HR field.

  • Have excellent knowledge of computer operating.

  • Person with skilled Computer graphics will be given preference.

  • Strong communication skills both in English and Bangla (via phone, email and in-person)

  • Candidate should be smart, good looking, energetic, self-motivated

  • Ability to work under pressure

  • Excellent organizational skills with an ability to think proactively and prioritize work.
