Educational Requirements:
∎ Master degree in Social Sciences/Development Studies/Education.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 6 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To contribute implementing UCEP Bangladesh's values, vision, mission and goals, and development of future strategy documents as needed.
∎ To contribute in designing and developing the Education programmes of UCEP Bangladesh.
∎ To contribute to analyze Education programmes, identify areas of improvement and provide necessary guidance.
∎ To contribute to initiate and conduct researches for identifying changing needs of the Education programmes in coordination with other relevant experts and share/use the findings for programmes development, communication and marketing.
∎ To support to plan, design and facilitate curricula, module/ materials development process for Education programmes.
∎ To contribute to plan and facilitate events and workshops with relevant personnel from NCTB, DPE, BNFE, TTC etc. and others for developing curricula and learning materials for Education programmes.
∎ To contribute to plan and develop innovative ways for ensuring quality of Education programmes in line with national guidelines.
∎ To contribute to plan, develop and guide regional team for implementation of Remedial of Literacy and Life Skills (ROLLS) programme.
∎ To contribute to plan, develop and guide assessment of the students.
∎ To assist in providing feedback and guidance to the Regional Management Team, Head Teacher and other relevant personnel for improving programme quality.
∎ To contribute to develop and follow up a process of evaluation of Education programmes.
∎ To regularly visit programmes at the field level and share/use the finding for programme quality improvement.
∎ To host various visits of donors, government and other bodies relevant for programmes of UCEP Bangladesh.
∎ To contribute for developing and maintaining various Education programme related partnerships.
∎ To contribute to plan, coordinate and facilitate capacity development of staff related to Education programmes.
∎ To assist in developing fee based Education program towards sustainability of UCEP Bangladesh.
∎ To assist in providing necessary guidance to the management.
∎ To provide inputs for developing the organizational strategy, project proposal, business plan, business goals and other documents.
∎ To coordinate with MER to get the feedback for improving the quality of programmes.
∎ To coordinate with field team as a focal person of different partnership project related to Education programmes.
∎ To support to ensure updating and following up of Project Management Guidelines.
∎ To provide necessary guidance and capacity building support to indirect supervisees.
∎ To contribute to prepare budget of Education programmes and guide its effective and efficient implementation.
∎ To prepare various reports required for the program and other purpose of the organization.
∎ To represent UCEP Bangladesh in various forums related to Education programmes and share the learning with others in the organization under the guidance of supervisor.
∎ Promote and contribute to ongoing efforts towards gender equity & equality, child/staff protection & safeguard, inclusiveness, accessibility and discrimination free environment in the workplace and operations/activities/plans. In applicable cases, ensure that necessary budget allocation is there and in KPIs these issues are reflected regarding employees under supervision.
∎ To maintain strict confidentiality of information, documents and other internal and external communications.
∎ To carry out any other relevant tasks assigned by the Authority as and when necessary.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 2 years at managerial level in a large organization.
∎ Excellent fluency both in Bangla and English.
∎ Excellent computer operating skills, including MS Office packages large Data Management software and tools.
∎ Self-motivated, adaptable, team player and passion for social development works.
∎ Ability and willingness to travel.
∎ Age limit for the applicant would be 40 years. Management has the right to make exceptions based on qualifications.

Salary: Negotiable
