∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordination with planning and batch department for the dyeing program.
∎ Machine wise planning as per capacity and priority.
∎ Coordination with lab department for maintaining lab to bulk RFT.
∎ Taking care of dyeing process and develop new process and techniques.
∎ Ensure dyeing production target on daily base.
∎ Ensure fabric quality according to the buyer recruitment.
∎ Follow up shade approval issues.
∎ Regular Training to the worker and supervisory staff on process and quality issues.
∎ To solve any rising problem related to the production.
∎ Ensure proper maintenance of all machine by maintenance department as and when required.
∎ Maintain proper documentation for the requirement of different audit.
∎ Any other tasks as assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Communication skills in both English and Bengali in verbal and written.
∎ Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
∎ Leadership and relationship management.
∎ Be able to cope with pressure, flexible and adaptable.
∎ Strong negotiation and inter-personal skills.
∎ Highly self-motivated, self-directed and proactive.
∎ Well conversant with IT equipment.
