Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Textile Engineering from BUTEX or any reputed Private or Foreign University
Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should have strong capability to maintain 35 tones "Knit-Dyeing" (Fleece Fabric Mill) production operations per 24 hours.
∎ Should have strong experiment on Man-Machine allocation, Yarn, Dyes/color & and Chemical, Treated water, Steam and smooth production operation activities.
∎ Should have clear concept of Hydro, Open cutting, Tumbling, Brushing, shearing, Pitching and Stenter production process.
∎ Should have strong knowledge of production related backward and forward linkage activities & synchronization.
∎ Should have organizational behavior and relationship knowledge.
∎ Should have strong capacity of people management and other necessity experience.
∎ "Fleece Fabric" Experienced Will be added advantage
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ males are allowed to apply
∎ Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to create and lead a team-based environment;
∎ Experience in a highly automated fulfillment environment is preferred;
∎ Demonstrated abilities in process improvement of textile management;
∎ Report presentation skill and interpersonal skill;
∎ Excellent communication skill both written and speaking in English;
