∎ Skills Required: Customer Relation, Excellent presentation and communication skills, Fluent in written and spoken Bengali-English., Good Computer Skills, Listening Skill, Strong Convincing Negotiation Skills, Technical knowledge
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Business Development, Corporate Marketing, Corporate Sales (B2B Business), Customer Relation, IT Industry
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
IT Enabled Service
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide all the relevant information received by her to the Advisor/Consultant.
∎ Understanding the customer requirements and liaison with the right team for further satisfactory support.
∎ Converting Customer queries into sales leads.
∎ Maintain all the records and files accurately and in proper order.
∎ Coordination with all departmental heads to seek information, data, details required by the Advisor/Consultant.
∎ Making presentations.
∎ Receiving the visitors with full courtesy.
∎ Keeping the Advisor/Consultant informed about prefixed appointments, visits, handling his guests and official matters.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 36 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
Salary: Negotiable
