You will play a pivotal role in leading cargo commercial operations to achieve revenue targets while ensuring full compliance with Principal and company policies. The position focuses on strategic planning, optimizing team performance, and driving the execution of strategic projects and data- driven initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Commercial & Sales: Drive revenue through strategic planning, dynamic pricing, and customer engagement. Prepare budgets and coordinate with Principal for profitability.
Revenue & Compliance: Achieve revenue targets and ensure full compliance with Principal and company policies.
People Management: Lead and motivate the team, monitor workflow, and enhance performance. Manage overhead budgets effectively.
Reservation & Customer Service: Oversee flight checks, rate accuracy, space allocation, and ensure exceptional customer service.
Data & Market Intelligence: Analyze market trends and utilize data tools to identify new business opportunities.
