• Bachelor/Honors

• Graduation in Business Studies

• CA (CC) with partial qualification preferred

• 8 to 12 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Developer, Real Estate Startup

• 8–12 years of progressive experience in taxation, with at least 5 years in a leadership role

• Prior experience in logistics, freight forwarding, transportation, construction, power, or large-scale service sectors

• Proven expertise in direct and indirect taxes, VAT on logistics services, and customs regulations

Technical Skills

• In-depth knowledge of Bangladesh Income Tax, VAT, Customs, and Excise laws

• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Sage, Tally) and MS Excel

• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills

You will lead the company’s overall tax strategy and ensure full compliance with all applicable tax laws and regulations in Bangladesh.

About the Role

• Tax Strategy & Planning -Develop and implement effective tax planning strategies aligned with the company’s operational and financial goals.

• Tax Compliance Management -Ensure timely and accurate filing of statutory returns.

• Tax Accounting & Reporting-Review and approve tax computations, reconciliations, and provisions in financial statements.

• Regulatory Liaison & Representation-Represent the company before NBR and other authorities.

• Advisory & Cross-Functional Collaboration -Advise finance, procurement, sales, and operations teams on tax implications for contracts and agreements.
