- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Studies and CA (CC) with partly qualification.

- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements, including Tax, VAT, and the Company Act. Knowledge of Incoterms is a plus.
- Mandatory advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Advanced Excel).
- Experienced in working with ERP systems.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience of working in the domain of Internal Audit or Finance or Income Tax, VAT at any reputed Organization.
Responsibilities & Context:
Job Summary:
The position is responsible for supporting internal audit, compliance review, and process improvement activities across assigned SBUs under the supervision of the Chief Audit & Compliance Officer. The role ensures timely completion of financial, operational,
sales, and compliance audits in accordance with the approved Annual Audit Plan. It also identifies non-compliances, evaluates internal controls, recommends improvements, and contributes to strengthening governance across the Group.
Key Responsibilities:
Audit of Financial transactions of SBUs
- Validate vouchers and supporting documents.
- Verify compliance with internal controls, SOPs, and policies.
- Perform accounting validation of transactions.
- Check regulatory compliances related to the individual transactions (VAT, Tax, Stamp Act).
- Review procurement, payments, inventory movements, and related controls.
Sales Audit
- Verify that sales transactions comply with company policies.
- Review receivable status for each salesperson and customer; identify overdue balances.
- Report overdue receivables and evaluate adequacy of provisioning.
- Check customer agreements, security instruments, and related documentation.
Process audit and Operational Audit Maintain
- Conduct walk-throughs of Air Freight, Ocean Freight, CFS, Airport, Warehouse, and distribution processes.
- Examine shipment files, credit notes, PoDs, Bank NOCs, and related operational documents.
- Perform physical visits to operational sites and identify non-compliance or process gaps.
- Check the maintenance of ISO certification
