1. Manage functional and developmental activities related to income Tax, VAT, and RJSC matters for assigned business units, under the guidance of the Head of Taxation and Regulatory Affairs.

2. Ensure timely and accurate regulatory reporting, while maintaining strong relationships with relevant authorities through effective communication.

3. Oversee compliance with licensing requirements necessary for business incorporation and operations, Including E-TIN, BIN, Trade License, IRC, ERC, and FF License

4. Proactively assess taxation and regulatory practices within the Strategic Business Units (SBU) to identify opportunities for enhanced compliance.

5. Implement strategic tax planning Initiatives aimed at minimizing the tax liability of the Strategic Business Unit (SBU).
