Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 12 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To buy apartments from apartment owners/ land owners.
∎ To negotiate with apartment price.
∎ To able to buy/exchange apartments at a competitive price.
∎ To complete the initial paper works in relation to buying apartments.
∎ To be responsible for operating this SBU.
∎ Prepare various reports as when required.
∎ To carry out any other tasks assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ At least 6 years of experience in real estate industry.
∎ Incumbent should possess strong negotiation skill.
∎ Ability to work in a multi-tasking environment.
∎ The incumbent should be dynamic, well organized, self-driven, have good personality and possess leadership quality.
∎ Possess high degree of correspondence & analytical ability. Should have strong communication skill.

Salary: Negotiable
