∎ Should have strong communication skill (both written and spoken English).

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve desire targets, considering market trends, competitor analysis, and customer preference including regular meet with targeted customers along with team members.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their needs, providing relevant information, and guiding them through the sales process.
∎ Utilize various channels such as online platforms, referrals, networking events, and marketing campaigns to generate leads for sales.
∎ Prepare and review sales agreements, contracts, and other documentation, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
∎ Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences, providing insights and recommendations to improve sales strategies and offerings.
∎ Drive team for the achievement & meet the monthly / quarterly and yearly given targets.
∎ Generate sales reports, analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular updates to management on sales performance, trends, and forecasts.Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
∎ Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base and ensure it's strong presence
∎ Prepare presentation with the help of superior and present to government agencies & private organizations on requirement basis.
∎ Maintain relationship with different Govt. / Non Govt. stakeholders.Any other relevant tasks assigned by the Superior.
